Using a one-time link, sent to a mobile number or email address, a worker can complete the necessary pre-requisite material before attending site, saving the project valuable time and resources during the site orientation. Site orientation bookings can easily be managed via an interactive pipeline, allowing site teams to monitor progress. Biometrics are captured against the worker’s prepopulated profile in seconds, and access to site granted at the click of a button, allowing the worker to transact against multiple touchpoints.

Employees merely need to stand in front of the device, which captures their likeness and compares it to the photo attached to their unique MSite profile. Once their identity is confirmed against an authorised database for that site, the system records their precise arrival or departure time. If the workers accreditation are valid and up-to-date they will be granted access on to site. Their biometric and worker data is securely stored for ready for reporting and auditing. If a worker who has not completed the required pre-enrolment and pre-induction procedures attempts to enter the site, they will be denied access until they have done so.
